Grades 9-12
Preparing Teens for Life, Faith, and Leadership
High School at Life Christian Academy - Emmaus equips 9th–12th Grade students with the academic knowledge, spiritual foundation, and practical skills they need to thrive in school, work, and life beyond graduation. This stage is pivotal, as teens develop independence, form lasting values, and explore their unique strengths and passions.
At LCA, students experience a rigorous, Christ-centered academic program that challenges them intellectually while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and personal responsibility. Alongside academics, they grow spiritually, practicing faith in action, discipleship, and service, and socially, learning to collaborate, lead, and support their peers.
Our supportive, nurturing environment encourages teens to take positive risks, explore their interests, and develop leadership skills. Daily prayer, mentorship, and reflection help students connect learning with faith, build character, and gain the confidence to succeed academically, socially, spiritually, and professionally.

Academic Excellence for College and Life

High School at LCA balances college-prep academics with real-world skills. Students are challenged to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently, while receiving guidance from teachers who know each student personally.

A Christ-Centered Community
High School at Life Christian Academy - Emmaus is a close-knit, faith-driven community where students feel known, valued, and fully supported. Teachers partner closely with parents to guide each student’s academic, spiritual, and social growth, ensuring that every teen has the tools, encouragement, and guidance needed to thrive.
Students flourish in a student-focused environment that nurtures curiosity, independence, and leadership. Daily prayer, reflection, mentorship, and service projects help teens see faith in action, build character, and learn to apply Biblical principles not only in school, but also at home, in the community, and in everyday decision-making.
In this nurturing setting, students develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose, forming lasting friendships, exploring their talents, and preparing to step boldly into high school challenges, college, and life beyond.

Faith in Action: Leadership and Life Skills
High School at Life Christian Academy - Emmaus is more than academics, it’s a place where students learn to live out their faith in practical, meaningful ways. Our goal is to prepare teens not just for high school or college, but for life as confident, capable, Christ-centered leaders.
Students engage in opportunities that help them develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while practicing responsibility, integrity, and effective communication. From group projects and mentorship experiences to service initiatives and real-world challenges, students learn to apply Biblical principles in everyday decisions—at school, at home, and in the community.
We also focus on preparing students for the real world, including workplace readiness, time management, collaboration, and decision-making. Through hands-on experiences and guidance from teachers and mentors, teens leave LCA equipped to succeed academically, socially, spiritually, and professionally.
By integrating faith, leadership, and life skills, High School students at LCA grow into young adults who are ready to navigate life with confidence, purpose, and a strong foundation in Christ.

Making Christian Education Affordable
We know choosing a private Christian school for your teen is a big decision, and we’re committed to making it possible for every family.
Many High School students attend through scholarships and Education Savings Accounts (ESA), including support from ACSTO, with some families paying as little as $50 per week. Our team guides families through the process so students can thrive academically, socially, spiritually, and professionally, without financial stress.

This will be our family’s sixth year at LCA, and we absolutely love the community and family atmosphere. Our kids especially enjoy Bible and Worship time—it’s their favorite part of the day! The Emmaus Program has brought a wonderful new chapter to their education. Being in multi-grade classrooms has helped them grow in empathy and take ownership of their learning. I only wish this school had been around when we were kids—I would have loved going to school!

LCA is an amazing school! We are truly blessed to have our daughter attend this school. This is our daughter's first year as she just started kindergarten and she has made leaps and bounds not only academically but spiritually as well. The teachers are wonderful and work with the students, challenging them at their own level. My young daughter is already reading books, doing addition and subtraction and best of all growing closer to God. It is so awesome being a parent watching your child grow and develop so quickly. I couldn't imagine a better school!
